A new iPhone 16 rumour has emerged, and while it may not be earth-shattering, it’s still worth noting.
Ice Universe, a well-known tech leaker, shared the leaked dimensions of the iPhone 16 Pro Max on X.
Bigger and Better
The iPhone 16 Pro Max is said to measure 163.024mm × 77.575mm × 8.26mm, which is larger than its predecessor, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, in all aspects:
- iPhone 15 Pro Max: 76.7 × 159.9 × 8.25 mm
- iPhone 16 Pro Max: 77.5 x 163 x 8.26mm
The increased size is attributed to the rumoured 6.9-inch screen, up from 6.7 inches on the previous model.
Borderless Beauty
Despite its larger size, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is claimed to have “the world’s closest smartphone to a borderless sci-fi form factor.”
The bezel is reportedly just 1.153mm around all four sides of the phone, potentially breaking a world record.
More Than Meets the Eye
While the iPhone 16 Pro Max may be slightly bigger and have thinner bezels, users will undoubtedly hope for more than just cosmetic changes.
